Van Dieman's Ink is a small family business in Launceston, Tasmania, that is passionate about the environment, and crafting quality inks that are inspired from nature.  Each colour is designed and mixed in Tasmania.  These high-quality fountain pen inks have been tested for viscosity and flow quality and are suitable for all major brands of fountain pens, and are also suitable for dip pens and brushwork. 

This new series is inspired by all things cat, both large and small. This shade of ink has a brown-green hue, reminiscent of river grass or the soft fur of a kitten. But as it dries, it undergoes a charming transformation. The colour gradually turns pinker, eventually settling into a pinky-beige shade that perfectly captures the tender pads of a kitten's paw.
