Van Dieman's Ink is a small family business in Launceston, Tasmania, that is passionate about the environment, and crafting quality inks that are inspired from nature.  Each colour is designed and mixed in Tasmania.  These high-quality fountain pen inks have been tested for viscosity and flow quality and are suitable for all major brands of fountain pens, and are also suitable for dip pens and brushwork. 

The inks in the Night collection have been create by hand from 99% Australian sourced ingredients.  These ink incorporate high quality shimmers that flow better, distribute more evenly, adhere more effectively and, in one particular ink, are iridescent. There are also some new dyes that produce some incredible sheening effects and some interesting chromatography.
