These whimsical wooden animals from the folks at T-Lab have been around in Japan for over 10 years!

Polepole (poh-leh poh-leh) meaning slowly, slowly in Swahili describes how these little guys are created. Each animal is hand carved from a soft light wood and then hand-painted with the sweetest expressions and patterns. Due to their handcrafted nature, each polepole animal is slightly different.

Collect a small menagerie and line them up on your desk.  They have amazing “cheer-up” vibe – just have a look at them when you need a smile.
